Resin  plant making procedure
Step 1 :
Charge Reactor with DEG, MEG & PGstart heatinWhen temp at 40 add pet flex and contonue heating till 215.While heating temp of pet column reach at 80 start cooling in pet column only.Then mantain temp 215 for 2-3 hours.Now start cooling reactor 215 - 100 degree.
Step 2 :
Charge Reactor with Maleic anhydride and Phthalic anhydride.Start heatingWhile heating temp of pet column reach at 80 start cooling in pet column only.When temp reach to 210 degree reaction is donestart cooling reactor to 170 degree.

Step 3 :
Charge Blander with Styrenewhen reactor temp at 170 shart dumping reactor material to blanderWhile dumping blander cooling and agitator is rotating.when blander temp at 60-65 stop dumping and cool down blander to 45-50then re start dumping. done this process till reactor material is empty.then cool blander material to 35 degree and start packing.
