Our plant produces light weighted autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), which are formed by mixing silica rich material, lime, cement and aluminum powder. While manufacturing AAC, aluminum is introduced as a catalyst and generates hydrogen gas upon reacting with cement and lime. Our manufacturing plants consumes minimal amount of energy and maintains its strength over period of time. Our plants do not required routine repairs as in case of clay bricks.
